JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee office operations, including supplies, equipment, and general administrative activities
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and inter-office communication
• Maintain and organize office filing and documentation systems
• Provide general administrative support to staff and assist in basic accounting tasks as required
• Assist in the organization of company events, conferences, and team-building activities

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant fields
• 2-3 years working as an Admin staff
• Proficiency in spoken and written English (TOEIC 750 and above)
• Those who experienced in working in MNC company is preferred 
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

BENEFITS

• Salary: $760 - 1,000 (Gross), negotiable
• 13th Month Salary
